John S. Lindemann

For over twenty-five years, John has provided underwriting, coverage and claims counsel to  insurers regarding complex risks and high-severity losses.

For contested claims, John supports the Client’s claim evaluation efforts and facilitates timely, efficient and relationship-preserving resolutions. When necessary, John champions the Client’s interests through international arbitration proceedings and/or domestic litigation. John has handled cases in many state and federal jurisdictions, addressing a wide array of areas, including: aviation, bankruptcy, construction, corporate governance, directors and officers liability insurance, energy, environmental law, first-party/property insurance, health hazards, mining and mine waste disposal, product liability, professional liability, and public entity liability.

  • Natural gas explosion at a manufacturing facility implicating a $20 million policy
