For more than thirty years, John has provided underwriting, coverage, and claims counsel to domestic and international insurers regarding complex risks and high-severity losses. John has over twenty years of “Bermuda Form” experience.

For contested claims, John supports the Client’s claim evaluation efforts and facilitates timely, efficient, and relationship-preserving resolutions. When necessary, John champions the Client’s interests through international arbitration proceedings and/or domestic litigation.
