Andria Coletta is a seasoned insurance coverage attorney with a wealth of experience spanning over 26 years.  Andria focuses her practice on advising clients on novel coverage issues across various lines of insurance, providing guidance on best claims handling practices and defending against bad faith allegations.  Her adept navigation of complex legal landscapes drives her success in representing insurers in significant insurance coverage disputes arising from multidistrict litigation (MDL), class actions, civil litigation and governmental investigations nationwide. Throughout the earlier decades of her career, Andria consistently achieved success for her insurance clients in high-stakes commercial litigation and insurance coverage disputes, across both state and federal jurisdictions and at arbitration.   

Andria collaborates closely with claims and underwriting professionals to draft manuscript insurance policy language and tailor insurance policy provisions to meet specific client needs.  She frequently lectures and authors on insurance coverage and bad faith legal developments. Andria’s pragmatic and strategic solutions to legal and business challenges have established her as a trusted advocate and legal advisor in the insurance industry. 

Beyond insurance matters, Andria also represents corporate clients in negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial contracts to achieve objectives, minimize liability exposure and favorably shift risk.  Her practice also involves counseling businesses on contract issues, managing contract execution and enforcing contract rights against third parties.  

Andria is the resident partner in the firm’s Boston office, bringing her extensive experience and expertise to serve insurance clients in the region.
